Gigi Buffon is probably the best goalkeeper in the world. Throughout the years he has been a champion both in and out of the field, while proving, time and again, that his skills are unmatched. We believe that it is about time that this amazing keeper is awarded the Fifa Ballon d'Or.

I am signing this petition because this man deserves it, 38 years old but with the passion and determination of a youngster who just started his career and is trying to impress his coach. He plays with his heart and you can never beat heart.
Definitely the most consistent in the last 20 years. Not just a great footballer but also a great leader. Truly inspiring for generations to come.
Gigi's loyality towards the team and his colleagues and the way he keeps the situation calm when there is an argument between rival players makes him a perfect captain apart from his great performances as a goalkeeper. AUGURI GIGI
Goalkeepers dont often get the ballon d'or, but Gigi is one of a kind goaler and he deserves to get the ballon d'or!! He is always there for his team!! Forza Gigi
With his brilliant saves he helped his team win the scudetto 5 times in a row and qualify for the 2016 euro championship to be eliminated only by penalty shoot out in the quarter finals

He deserved it back in 2006 and he still deserves it now. He was the catalyst that drove Juventus to one of the biggest league comebacks in Italian football history!
