i cant believe im typing this but they actually announced the remake. thank you so much for sticking with this because we finally got what we wanted. im going to be playing these games on repeat the second they drop.

The Golden Sun franchise is an instant classic. As an RPG it has a great story, awesome gameplay, stunning graphics for its time, and an amazing cast of characters. This franchise simply cannot be forgotten, and a return to this series is way overdue. I loved this series as a kid, and still have my old copies of all 3 games. I still wish for a 4th, but remakes of the first 2 would be great as well.
I truly believe golden sun to be one of the best RPGs I’ve ever played. The amount of content, storytelling, puzzles, aesthetic, and game design truly defined what a good RPG is to me.
This would definitely be a success if it were brought to the Switch. It would also allow a new generation to experience such a phenomenal game.
I'd like to request that the game be a direct port with just upgraded graphics. No FF III style game is now from the person's perspective thing, because that just ruins the feel of the old game
Golden Sun & Lost Age are my favorite GBA RPGs. I might be willing to settle for a confirmed Virtual Console port of the Golden Sun games, but a remake with slightly buffed graphics (retaining the original style) would be vastly appreciated.
I loved to originals and I would love a new story to play on the switch. I would also love if the originals was remastered and released for the switch.

I wish they'd make a continuation to dark dawn due to the cliff hanger, but dark dawn was a bit weird... Remaking the original however, having the first and the lost age in one? Screw a fourth game, just remake the original and I'll be all over it since I loved it so much!
