I hear it is typical buffet style sat-fat loaded junk food. Nothing healthy??? Am I hearing wrong? Also-St. Albans already has some nice places to eat.

We go to one in Saratoga, Glen Falls and all along the way from Vt. To Florida and back. Would sure be nice to have one close by
