I'm not a big fan of the name but it is historical and unique; it's only fair to let the father name the first born son when the mother gets to name every other child they have

I have a friend with the same name and others call him Spy!!! He loves it and he prefers it more than Spyridon or Spyros.. Good Luck :)
thats my island's protector and his body lies in his church..go for people!!! if you go to Corfu every single family has at least one Spyridon! go for it! its amazing name :-)
