You should stick to tradition and go with Spyridon. Its sad that you guys cant agree on the babys name, you should compromise and just name the baby Spyridon Michael Soukeras. Spyridon is not hard to pronounce eveyone has heard of the name Spiro.

The name Michael is Hebrew and does not represent either the father's or mother's culture. Mikhail is the Greek AND Russian variation of Michael. Spyridon Mikhail can be a unique name for a unique baby.

I gotten so much grief for giving my younger kids unusual ethnic names. I find ridiculous giving American names for the sake of assimiliation. Ethnic names rule.
