you have to consider this day and age where bullying and teasing someone because they're different is very strong. Think about what your son will go through as a child. I think Michael should be the first name while keeping the Greek name. When he gets older he can go by Spyridon if he wants to.

I like Spyridon. A first born son should be named after the father or grandfather. My sons middle name is Michael after my husband.
