Go with Spyridon! I like keeping with family names! Plus Michael is a good name, but there are millions of michaels in this world. Nothing wrong with being unique!

spyridon! Hold on to your roots! Chances are he will go by Spero. Not everything has to been Americanized

While I like the name Spyridon well enough ( though this is my third time trying tomtype it because spell check won't accept it) I have to give he person that carries and births the baby a weighted vote. Mom wins this battle.
