SL government has not committed to the repatriation process of SriLankans who lost jobs specially in middle east. Those migrant have every right to come to their home country as 99% of those people have paid and entered in to a insurance with SL government.

අපි ඩුබායි වල රැකියා නොමැතිව කිසිම ආදායමක් නොමැතිව මාස 5කට වැඩි කාලයක් සිරවී ඉන්නෙ.අපිට අපේ රටට එන්න ඉඩ දෙන්න .අපි වෙන කොහේ යන්නද?අපිව ගෙන්වා ගන්න ඉක්මනින් මක්නිසාද මේ දුක්විදීම තවත් ඉවසන්න අමාරුයි .අපිට එන්න ඉඩදෙන්න . නොහැක්කක් නැත. නිරෝධායනය කරන්න තැන් තාවකාලිකව හදා හො අපිව ගෙන්න ගන්න. අපේ ජීවත් වෙන්න අවස්තාව දෙන්න ඒනිසයි ඔබතුමාලාගෙන ඉල්ලන්නෙ. වෙන මුකුත් එපා.

I stuck in dubai for 4 months suffering without job on visit visa. trying to return home please us to go back srilanka then talk about honestly.

Hello good afternoon i am shalitha madushan i am working in shangri la hotel abudhabi they were terminated me 3 months ago... I am registered april 11 still i didn't get a call for the flight... I have new born daughter in srilanka now almost 3 months i dont have money to send them because i am jobless.. 3 times i came to the embassy but nothing happened.. Please i wants to go back to my country to see my newborn baby.

I am a migration worker who have lost my job since march. My wife is 2 months pregnant and i have a 3 year old child. Have registrered in the embassy on April 7th. Till now there is no any action taken from them. Till now i have registered 3 times but no one responded from the embassy. We have no food and proper place to stay. Visited embassy many times but non of them even stand for a minute and spoke to us. Worst service in the embassy in Dubai.

Since March 24 /2020 we all lost our jobs no almost 4 month and no salary nothing many time we try to talk to embassy they avoiding even they not answer phone as well our company trying their best to do for us but Sri Lankan government all ways avoiding us much as they can we r 47 Sri Lankan including ladies as well we worked for Dubai international airport as a customer service agent but after this pandemic we all lost our jobs so our request plz let’s us to enter our motherland we really disappointed with government ☹️☹️
