Shay Seltzer is a legendary cheese maker, located at Mount Eithan, on Jerusalem Mountains. He's been making artisan goat cheese for more then 35 years and he has one of the only 3 natural caves for seasoning cheese exist in the world.
Him with his goats and cheese are part of the nature texture of the mountain. His cheese is an acclaimed cheese all over the world and his goat farm was nominated for the UNESCO award.
The authorities in Israel are trying with semi-legal actions to deport him from the mountain.
Help him and us to leave him on the mountain, for our future.
