I am honestly overwhelmed by the kind messages people have been leaving about what having this food truck would mean for our town. It is truly humbling to see how much energy you all are putting into this dream just because you want more options for everyone.

Bringing this to San Marco could encourage more people to go vegan. Also, I would like to politely ask the people responsible to donate unwanted food to the homeless and/or other needy people whenever they can, and to recycle/compost food waste whenever they can, so that they waste as little as they can. Thank you.
Living in San Marcos as a vegan is so hard sometimes. We really need more spots like this!

Please come to town!! I have several friends who are trying to go vegan, and if we had more options they would be so much more willing!!
I am not exaggerating to say that vegan nom was part of the reason I moved back to Central Texas. It would be wonderful to have a San Marcos location!
