My accommodations get neglected, I haven’t been able to see an advisor, the teachers are mean, we don’t have aid or resources or AC or clean water in the fountains.

I'm so sorry you had to go through this. It's certainly appalling. We will keep you and everyone in support of this petition updated on any further actions that we will take in the coming future.

I was a part of a Title 9 claim in which a Masters student TA (who was teaching a class without supervision) was allowed to continue to teach Freshmen students after being found guilty of sexual assault against a student. The attack happened during a Art Basel trip to Miami. When I talked to Wally about my concerns and the negative effect it had on me and all involved, he said “well, he’s almost graduate and needs to teach to finish his degree. How about you go online if you’re having so much trouble being on campus with him.” It was an absolutely appalling and horrendous way of handling the whole situation. I was then terrified to come to campus and received no reassurance that the school was a safe place to be.

Every student deserves a fair and proper education in a safe and sober environment. Hopefully this petition will be the start of much needed change within the department of Art and Art History at USF.

Not very much. But I lost out on all that growth last year.
