Dear Sir/Madam,
As you are aware, we are going through unprecedented times with the current
Pandemic in UK and rest of the world. As more restrictions are placed on us each
day, leaseholders of GMV are facing uncharted pressures on finances. Sadly, some
of us have lost jobs or in the process. For most others, income levels have dropped
significantly. With no or reduced income for unknown period of time coupled with
regular unavoidable expenses, we do not know how long we will be able to sustain
the pressure.
Governments and Banks have taken lots of initiative to help people at this time. We
believe GMV management should immediately look into this and support the
leaseholders.
Given the uncertainty we the leaseholders are facing with current situation, we ask
the management of GMV to immediately suspend collection of reserve funds as we believe a healthy reserve fund has been achieved from previous collections. It is understandable that funds for maintenance of Village are
still required. We request the management to keep the service charge to as low as
reasonably possible by engaging only in essential work.

I support this as this can be something that will help us in the difficult times .
I am self employed and have lost all of my upcoming work which has therefore put me under enormous pressure.
In these uncertain times any help is welcome. I urge R&R and GMV limited to utilise the reserve fund instead of collecting more.
Suspending reserve fund collection for the remainder of this period would not impact long term funding of capital activities and would significantly help our friends and neighbours in need. 78 Becquerel

I live in Flat 001 Maurer Court and I believe it's important that we have a rebate from GMV at such a crucial time
