I would like to know why McDonalds in the UK do not cater for gluten free customers on the same scale as their European franchises do. It makes no sense to me or others who, like me, are coeliacs! I appreciate their burgers and fries are gf but what about buns??!! How difficult can it be to supply buns? They can be kept frozen and defrosted as needed provided they are free from cross contamination! I have written to McDonalds about this and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.
