Definitely we Canadians need better access to parts and products only available through Glowforge.
Shipping costs to Canada has been the #1 factor preventing me from buying a glowforge.
My family has purchased 3 glowforges and will likely buy another. As a loyal customer I would appreciate the same from glowforge.
There is a huge market in Canada for the Glowforge. Many shy away because of the outrageous shipping costs from the US are so overpriced and not accurate at all.
I have $100 gift card from glowforge but shipping for it is $93. Wow! Ridiculously expensive.
Shipping is absolutely crazy

I am loving my Glowforge and when I bought it I was reassured to see the list of replacement parts available. However, I had no idea of how outrageous the cost of shipping would be. When my machine breaks down, that will probably be the end of it for me.
