Have you ever received a Glossybox and thought 'Oh.. that's a rubbish box. I will use very little out of it..' and then gone on YouTube or Instagram and saw some of the other variations of that months box? Did the feel cheated? Do you think it's fair for everyone to pay the same price for the box, but one box may have three full size items and others have none? Glossybox claim it is to give the boxes an 'element of surprise', but I personally would prefer to not be surprised and know that it is fair and everyone is getting the same items!
