We, the undersigned, sovereign men and women of Earth, hereby declare the following:

1. That we are aware of the Treasury Direct Accounts (TDA) and all financial trust instruments that have been established using our birth certificates, without full informed consent.

2. That we are the living beneficiaries and lawful executors of these trust estates — not corporate persons or fictional entities.

3. That we are demanding full disclosure, transparency, and remedy regarding the securities, bonds, and trusts monetized under our names and identifiers.

4. That denial of access to these accounts is a violation of trust, natural law, and universal human rights.

5. That every living soul has the divine and lawful right to manage the estate in their name, to access abundance, and to live free of corporate financial bondage.
