Indeed there is no Peace without women. Because there is a solid stereotype that causes women to be marginalized, even by fellow women in power, initiatives that assist to cut the grip of these stereotypes are very important for all women movements across the globe. I work with a woman led safari company with an impact in community tourism development through gorilla junction foundation in bwindi- southwestern Uganda. I believe my signature to this petition contributes to women empowerment.

Frauen und Mütter denken einfach näher an die nächste Generation und wollen ihre Kinder nicht in den Krieg schicken und auch nicht ihre Ehemänner oder Brüder!

e signe cette pétition parce que je crois que les résolutions internationales n’ont de valeur que si elles sont réellement appliquées. Les civils doivent être protégés, le droit international doit être respecté et les femmes doivent avoir toute leur place dans les processus de paix et de reconstruction. Une paix durable ne peut exister sans justice, responsabilité et respect de la dignité humaine.

We need peace in the world! Ask children ! Ask people ! Ask women ! Women on behalf of overwhelming majority of people will always do everything to bring peace ! How they can be not an integral part of the peace process ? Women need to lead any peace effort to make it viable and to make it just
