As a consumer in my 30's, I expect to purchase multiple vehicles over the coming decades. I will not consider any model or manufacturer that is not designed to run on a fuel of MY choice and will encourage all of my friends and family to do the same.

I try to only buy flex fuel vehicles and it is getting harder to do. I even have had to forget about brand loyalty to do it along with special ordering vehicles. Manufacturers have to specifically have the computers though an engine light when one uses >E50 even though it knows how to burn it. Just allow the computer to use it, no cost unless you are getting oil company kickbacks to do so.

Take advantage of the cheap octane while simultaneously providing a cleaner burning fuel mixture. Good for agriculture - good for everyone else!

I would really like to have more options for using flex fuel the next time I purchase a vehicle. The vehicle I buy must have the flex fuel option it is the major decision factor I use in my purchase. It would make more sense for the future if all vehicle makers would go this route.

I have used higher blends of ethanol for many years in my non-flexfuel vehicles with no problems. It appears to me that all vehicles produced for the last 25 years are made to effeciently run higher blends of ethanol with the benefit of additional power. You just need to let the consumers know this.

It's pretty neat seeing jet fuel being made from renewables, but people have a real habit with cars that falls short with E20 because it isn't in the required menu. Get our ECUs updated to adaptable and let the lower particulates come; it's healthier and you can have a whole different initiative if you want people to put carbon capturing exhausts in.

We need the ability to choose the fuel the fits. Auto companies at least start building all your vehicles to run on E30 so the fleet is ready for the next better fuel. E30 is high octane and low carbon fuel which will offer higher mileage and lower cost and best of all be much better for the environment!

Absolutely need more vehicles able to run efficiently off of ethanol blended fuels. Fossil fuels won’t be around forever, let’s continue to design vehicles and transition the fleet to higher ethanol blends.

Clean air is one of the best things we can leave our children and E85 is one of the easiest ways I can do that. I have 2 Flex Fuel vehicles now but they won't last forever.

It's an absolute shame how few Flex Fuel Vehicles there are. Offer more so we, the consumers, can choose to use more EtOH.
