I don't want to live in a world where I can't watch Tad and Mike play with Wiffleball.

Town of glenville needs to lighten up. I say if this goes through we should go after any back yard activities, because who needs to have fun these days right?

Gram The players are deserving of an area to pay whiff le ball. As I see it, there needs to be less restrictions on recreation in any town . Players are adults with character and intelligence and have a great respect for their families. friends. and neighbors. To stop or deny a permit is outrageous as play is not on Town property Many towns and states have welcomed this type of play is to be commended and not denied. Whiffle ball has National recognition here in the United Stated. with many tournaments. The Town of Glenville needs to recognize this is not a ""for-profit". league.and no solicitation for equipment...it all comes out of their own pockets. Allow them to play and let them have their permit.

This is one of the nicest wiffle set ups on the entire east coast and it's a shame the city won't let it be used. It would be foolish for the town to not let this beautiful site me used to its full potential.

This is ridiculous that this is still going on. The people behind the idea of not allowing a homeowner to play wiffleball in their remote and completely private backyard, should be ashamed of themselves! This group of guys are nothing but people of good character that happen to play a kids game. Embarrassing for the town of Glenville!

I grew up in this area and the benefit of having and using your own land should not be interferred with by the government. Playing sports on your own property wihout the purpose of earning a profit shold not be illegal!

Ridiculous rules like this cause people to move out of your tax pool.
