Glenmill drainage issues

I stay at 4 glenmill avenue and I have had drainage problems from the start , grass is never dry even when it's been sunny for a few days .

We've had major issues with water all around our house, unfortunately we stay at the bottom of a hill. Have asked the question where the water is going i.e. Foundations of the house but was told definitely not however now have dampness inside my house where the water lay!!

We are still having continuing problems with our garden drainage. At one point the water was nearly coming in through the weep vents. Water continues to run down the road as it comes off the soft landscaping.

It's best to get the local council involved as there are many issues with this estate including theft.

Bought house from persimmon and have had major drainage issues in garden! The grass is saturated and muddy

It is such a disgrace ... especially when you pay £500 for grass which is now completely ruined !!

Can normally make it across the garden without sinking too deep, but even now when it has been days since the last proper rain my feet are still soaked when I walk up to hang the washing. It is a nightmare to cut as the ground is always so soft.

I have been in my property at persimmions for 1 year. I paid for them to put the turf down and I struggle to even hang a washing out when it is dry due to the mud.

Garden is just a mud bath with the same issues as other residents. The garden needs the lawn lifted proper drainage installed and new turf put down as it is not repairable otherwise. Absolutely disgraceful that Persimmons would not have known this at start of build.

My garden is sinking so much my children can not play in it and I can not even hang out a washing.

The house builders persimmon & Bellway must have known about this issue before they started building. Now this after thought of a solution(drainage chanel 3m from house) is being proven not to work.

My garden is a disgrace. My son is two and he cannot play in his own garden as he sinks into the grass. I would never have bought this house if I had known the garden would have been permanently a no go area! Something needs to be done.

We are only able to use half our garden due to the other half being like a swamp constantly, even if the sun has been out all day it never seems to dry out.

I think the drainage in the whole estate could be doing with being looked at

Concerned about gardens and lack of drainage.

Ive only been in our house for a year and paid for turf through persimmions. I am not able to properly hang a washing out even if it's dry due to the mud in the back garden.

Something needs to be done as all of the gardens in the area have the same issue. Extra drainage has already been added to our garden but has made very little difference, back to square one with a muddy wet mess of a garden

This is a major problem for all of us. Children can't get out to play in their own back yard
