I paid over $1000 to experience what Gleekon promised and now I have lost most of that money! I want it back and this petition is a great idea!

This is highly unacceptable. Surely they knew they would cancel the event, so why sell passes and extras until mere hours before the dreadful announcement?
Also why would they announce the big guest whose announcement broke the website (surely because of a huge demand of Pass and extra) and cancel the convention ON THE SAME WEEK, pretexting a lack of sell?! Well if they'd given time to people to actually log in and buy stuff they would have met with their expectation. This organization is full of amateurs that disrespect the fans. How can they say they would only reimburse 50%? Some people took Pass extra AND booked their God damned travel from all over Europe to meet their idols, most of them only students who struggle with money. This is not ok. I wonder how they could have Darren in the first place.

The fact that they kept accepting payments the SAME day they announced the cancellation is UNACCEPTABLE. I paid 300 euros for a M&G a mere 1h30 before the con was cancelled and oh surprised, instead of a payment behind put on hold, they accepted it. Like i said, people sue for less than this. Maybe it's what we should do. I expect a full refund!
