The Lange Map is the only option that is obviously not a partisan gerrymandering move. Any other option to split Midland County is unacceptable.

There is no logical reason to separate the City of Midland away from Midland County and no reason to separate Midland County from Gladwin County. Efforts to do this by the redistricting committee can only be based on political bias. So pull your heads out of that dark spot where they are stuck and back away from this purely political action.
