This petition is for the call for the execution of Richard Henne by the State of Colorado if found guilty of creating an elaborate hoax for the sake of getting a reality television show. This petition calls for said execution to be televised. The petition also calls for laws to be changed to make such offenses punishable by death in a real and legal sense. The petition stresses that said execution should only be carried out by the State of Colorado after current laws regarding punishment of this offense are changed lawfully to include the death penalty for those found guilty of such crimes. This petiton also states that the method of execution that would lawfully carried out by by the state should be the electric chair and that the condemned should be make to eat large quantities of fireworks before hand.
