Following years of decline in the behaviour of students in schools and the community, and a similarly steady decline in the abilities for teachers to administer levels of discipline to poorly behaved children, we are determining interest in introducing measures that give all members of the global teaching profession the opportunity to exact greater levels of discipline and punishment.

My son had a teacher who couldnt do anything when a kid started throwing chairs. It is getting out of hand and the kids know they wont face any real consequences. Teachers need their authority back asap.
