We feel that Kevin D Riley should be set free, we petition the cause due to the first trial he was 16years of age, the DNA was negative and he should be given the right to and motivication. Mr Kevin D Riley has done 11years and has proved to make big improvements since he has been in prison,we feel that he should be given a second change to show that he can live a normal life in Society again. And that Society has not given up on people who are willing to change.
