Give us the M&S Chairs we paid for!

I knew it was a long shot but I really wanted to donate my chairs to the local care for cancer unit.

I have paid for 2 chairs & expect to receve them. I gave my money in good faith.

I purchased 2 for the paediatric unit of our local hospital - so disappointed.

Ordered these in good faith and planned to give one to my elderly father who is crippled with arthritis I now have to tell him he is no longer going to have one, you are going to have one very upset pensioner out there M&S! You were quick to take our money but not so quick to pay it back........Shame on you!!!

Give me my chairs... It can't have been a system error as the amount would have been 59p as marked up price was £559, yet the shown price was 50p Where did the zero come from then?

i was one of the first to buy,so should be honoured,as it says when i bought,orderes cant be amended

"Order cannot be cancelled or amended" then why did M&S cancelled??? Must honour our purchase!
