Give us the M&S Chairs we paid for!

the item was listed as on special offer, whats so special about an offer that dosnt exist?

I paid for a product and received a confirmation email. If I had tried to amend the order I wouldn't have been able to, I don't see why M&S should be able to. I just want what I have paid for.

on my confirmation it says that once the order has been confirmed no amendments can be made. So that should mean i still get my chairs!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like the chairs I paid for M&S!

I'm very disappointed. You advertised it at that price. It was your mistake, not ours. You should honour it. M&S has just lost this customer.

tescos if price marked lower than till on the shelf have 2 honour the deal what makes marks and spencers so superior they dont honour a price

I paid for these chairs fair and square. I feel that as it was through no fault of my own that you should honour this order.

Come on Marks and Spencer do the decent thing and honour your mistakes! I for one won't be buying from any of your stores again.

Very disappointed, the chairs were going to be a donatin for a charity for people who have nothing due to misfortune :-( ... Remember this M&S when you are in your comfortable homes!!

That chair was bought as a late Christmas present. I thought you were just having a really good Christmas sale....

Mistake up until the point you took the money, accepting the offer and agreeing to the contract.
