I paid for a product and received a confirmation email. If I had tried to amend the order I wouldn't have been able to, I don't see why M&S should be able to. I just want what I have paid for.

on my confirmation it says that once the order has been confirmed no amendments can be made. So that should mean i still get my chairs!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very disappointed. You advertised it at that price. It was your mistake, not ours. You should honour it. M&S has just lost this customer.

tescos if price marked lower than till on the shelf have 2 honour the deal what makes marks and spencers so superior they dont honour a price

Very disappointed, the chairs were going to be a donatin for a charity for people who have nothing due to misfortune :-( ... Remember this M&S when you are in your comfortable homes!!
