University of Pretoria - Give Us Back Our October Recess

This is just not fair on anyone, those who live abroad have booked flights and made transport arrangements.

Can you please bring back our recess

We want our holiday

We already made plans at the beginning of the year for this holiday there is now way this can be cancelled at this is NOT our fault we can not take te consequences , they need to schedule it in the beginning of the next quarter, the holiday is ONLY A WEEK.!!!!!!

I have booked flights and paid accommodation deposits for the October recess

Rather than punish all of us, expel those who deserve it and we will not be disrupted again!

I have multiple plane tickets booked for that week that my family has worked extremely hard for. I can't just waste all of it

I agree we need a holiday. I disagree with the striking and stay on campus to attend all my lectures and want to write my tests. I however agree that students do need help with funding

It is absolutely a disgrace to take away our recess when the university can't handle the situation meaning they aren't goung the extra mile while they stil have all the law enforcement. Use them, that is why they are there. We are studying for degrees not free education.
