The service is a convenience of public necessity. We need our services back now. Taxi's are very expensive and they don't go on to Rikers, I can't make it up and down stairs to subway, I'm from out of town and don't know my way around this city, mass transit is so unpredictable. The service was affordable, safe, reliable, and very convenient and we need it back.
