If your gonna ban people for glitches might as well close the game because we all use glitches at one time or another.

A ban of any sort during this issue was the wrong way to handle this. There was no warning, no in game message, nothing to let the general public it was a *known* issue and not to do it. I logged on one day, saw I was banned, haven't touched the game since. Gg Neverwinter, best of luck to you

Game is glitched? Ok, nobody is perfect.
Players breach ToS? Punishment is understandable
Does the punishment fit the crime? No
Was there clear communication throughout the proceedings? Absolutely not.

Big time MMOs fix issues as they arise within atleast 7 days for a soft patch. This went on and on, this isnt the first in game glitch that was over looked, 1000s of Tong chests lost, amungst many more isdurs known and never fixed. Arc you should have taken it on the chin and evolved, only turning a blind eye when its convenient is unprofessional. Unban them, for the record I'm not banned, but you ruined the pop. Fix it or I'll quit it. #Signed.

Some glitches ok,some bad you decide,but he careful if your wrong we will take your money and time. Even though we created glitch and you only used the commands we have you.We may inform you of bad ones but only on a obscure website nobody reads.We value our customers

Shouldn't have been a permaban for anyone who didn't have any past infractions and made no sense to permaban people rather than removing their AD and giving them a prolonged suspension.
