I understand people being suspended but being banned is uncalled for we as players take blame so much perfect world kind of blame also having a known glitch in the game

First ban ever on a game for me, I used the glitch gaining few AD (the biggest part, 1 kk was still to refine) and few RP (the half gained through the previous refine stones x2 event). People gained more than me and are now playing after 1 day ban, and I got a perma ban, this is ridiculous! I could understand 1 week ban maximum, and also things I gained taken back. But this is far to be fair!

I've spent 2yrs playing NW. Your reaction to people exploiting is absolutely ridiculous. YOU released broken content then hold us responsible with no communication. You are destroying your own community and player base. And in turn your revenue stream. I run 1 of the top alliances and am watching the fallout as many of our players leave the game even after having their ban lifted.

I too feel permanent ban is excessive. Lots of said banned players are helpful to the whole game community.

Ridiculous to ban people without any warning. These people could spend money on the game up until seconds before having their account closed with again - no warning.

I think it is unfair . Plus on top of it all, they wont accept arrangements and apologies. They just keep replying that the decision is final, and will not be overturned.

Neverwinter is not fair in many ways yet we all continue to pay loyally.. Give back the game to those who have invested not only money but most of all time.

A permanent ban is excessive, especially for first time offenders in a free to play game.
