I am not hit with a permanent ban. But i do not think anyone should have for this. It really is way to harsh. I hope they rethink.

I am unable to edit original petition content. I want to clear up a mistake. Everything I had read indicated ARC & CRYPTIC had been in charge of banning. While CRYPTIC was part off the investigation, it was Perfect World customer service that actually pressed the buttons on the bans. My apologies to Arc for this mistake.

Many of my friends have been Perma banned, they were loyal customers and had spent a great deal of money on the game. They made a mistake and were just cast aside. They did not have to break the game to glitch it, it was already there and easily accessible. Every hunt group was doing it, it was nearly impossible to find a group that wasn't.

Permanent ban and even after apologizing and admitting poor judgement/asking for all rAD to be taken support just copy/pasted generic responses.
They said management/developers decided this so it was Perfect World and Cryptic.

How the hell can you perma ban players in a game for using a glitch, in a game that is infamous for its glitches? Without any warning? I hope this game goes bankrupt after this. Fix your broke ass game. Until you do, dont blame players take advantage of the glitches.

These perma-bans were NOT fair. Some of these people have spent hundreds of dollars on your game and this is how you treat them? It’s a stupid glitch, get over yourselves.

Have a lot of friends who got banned, not cool when it was a glitch in the game that was never fixed and was known about for awhile now.
