Several times there is glitches on the log in sever and you cannot log in. Many times this has happened. I had an idle account and when I remembered I had this account, I tried to log in and it was banned. I contacted PWE directly and was told, " Well you were idle " After sometime I was able to get them to Unban the account only to find it was stripped of all that was not bound. The email account that had access to the banned account was traced and came from PWE headquarters in Amsterdam. I had an issue with another account and this too was banned by PWE. They asked for me to prove this account belonged to me, which I did, but they made excuse after excuse as to why they would not be unbanning the account. Then told me I had violated the rules of sharing the account with another (which is true) but was shared on my computer with MY grandson and was created by me and my email account. I have paid in over $3200.00 since 2012 when I created my first account (the banned one) and would like it back just to see if they stripped this account also. 7 years and thousands of dollars including 3 banned accounts since 2012, This is not the way to treat PAYING customers. And then they wonder why people wont play the game or return to the game.

Has anyone been unbanned? I have been throwing them under the bus since this happened still :) #dontbuyzen is alive and well still. Be nice if this made progress.

I hope FNHUSA57 will have back his Neverwinter's account. He has always given a precious support to all players and It would be an injustice if Cryptic don't revoke his ban! #freetheplayers

The game definitely suffer greatly since the ban. Lets be honest... The ban is based upon a glitch and thats developers fault not players. If you find a glitch, patch it asap. They knew about it, hence, the ability for them to find who did it. The game is dying and we need players .. release the prisoners!

it cant be one rule for one player and one rule for another,have they not breached their own t&c's? ive not played nw since this happened as i am now aware that it can happen to innocent people too

It's unfair to negate years of work just because of one exploit (which is entirely your fault btw), everyone deserves a second chance
