If the UK will not even give asylum to a Christian on this most extreme of cases then its whole asylum policy is hateful & fatally discriminatory. The British Government is a degenerate disgrace.

The conduct of Messrs Trudeau, Hunt, Trump and Mrs May and their respective parties and counterparts in other states, including those of Italy where asylum is also being sought, are being observed worldwide on this matter with a view to supporting more moral approaches to theirs in the future if theirs unacceptably are not not forthcoming.
