How will you explain how your corporate policy is in direct violation of Nebraska statutes and this unlawful dismissal is in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment? Do you really expect your unlawful actions to be affirmed by the courts when this goes to trial as it inevitably will? What harm does it do to your business when any employee acts to support their personal beliefs when not on the job or within their work premises and their actions are not considered immoral or inappropriate by modern American social standards?

What if things got personal and others had pro choice regarding you or someone you care for? That's when people turn from woke to awake! It may come to that! Let's wake up while we still can!!
