I agree with all that's been said. Costing more to complete quests that pay lees than the gold used. Gonna stop doing quests that can't be recouped. No point doing them to lose gold.

I agree with you! I have stopped spending money, neither vip nor gold until they fix it, although I doubt much that they do something! The other day I mistakenly bought a kit with the chietfan tank! It's called KIT PRO II! Contact the support department and anna immediately on Facebook to see if they can exchange it for gold or silver! They did not answer me, I reproached them and they answered that it is not possible to make a refund. But they do not change either! I came to the conclusion that they do not care about the customer, just our money! It is very unfortunate that the server works so badly after years of play, or that you know it or do not want to repair serious technical problems!

Apart from the never ending problems with the server, of players losing their progress and too many other glitches, (and without any compensations whatsoever), it is obvious the customer service and after care is just about non existent or you would be looking at fixing the problems for the players who mostly are spending money and without whom you could not keep this game going. So have a good look and fix the game and make it user friendly.

Get rid of the hackers with cheat codes like STING, he is like a cat with 100 lives yet has ammo boosters on board his tank. Your quests are an JOKE. We play to kill tanks not stop shooting them. The glitchiness when playing in a battle is horrible! Your prices are insanely high which is why many are going to X-box or other games not owned by Extreme Developers. Your are an international game, get international help. I own a T-18 and the points are absolutely horrible for a tank this strong yet I can go into a battle with a T-14 and score double what a T-18 can get. I am one that is fleeing this game.

100% agree with my friends....Doing missions for 10 gold coins, when we are asked to spend more (buying drawings or camouflages), eternal missions during which we can't turn, or not move, missions that we don't do, so we don't have the 10 gold coins........... NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have other things to do than lose 2 hours in the game.........................

Absolutely, What corporation would ever give something and take it away in a week. Bad business. How do you expect as a business to excel or make profits when you do not keep your customers happy with your shoddy service. extreme group needs to adopt better customer relations as many of their longtime customers are fed up and jumping ship. I being a paying customer will do the same if changes are not made in a timely manner.

Well spoken!!! That's what a lot of player think. This game became an expensive hobby.
But instead of fun, you get more and more annoyed. You throw out the money unnecessarily. Driving without any problems has become impossible!!
