Paul works incredibly hard, he is always trying to insure that his students pass and that they are ready for the workplace when they leave college. I have never met a teacher like him, he truly cares about his students and well, he puts up with my pestering on a daily bases. He definitely deserves a pay rise.

Paul works so hard and makes such a strong positive impact on his students because of his dedications to trying to make us better than we think we can be, Paul deserves a break with his wife and cat for sure and all the other tutors need more support from faculty and students

Funny, but hell I could use a break! I feel this sets a precedent for all other tutors in need of a break. This is an issue that transcends teaching and should be addressed on a national if not global scale. The work force is over worked expecting more from each of us every day with little time to recover leading to the eventual break down of health both physical and mental. This issue needs to be addressed at the highest level. Remember "A teacher is light a candle it consumes itself to light the way for others."
