We, the undersigned, urge J.J. Abrams to give Darryl Roberts, founder of the original "Star Wars geeks of the world, UNITE!!!" fan group on Facebook, a walk-on appearance in the eagerly awaited seventh installment of the Star Wars saga.
Darryl is the epitome of what Star Wars fandom is all about, and has touched the lives of thousands of other fans worldwide through establishing what is now the largest active Star Wars fan group on Facebook. This group has many spinoff groups and pages, encompassing tens of thousands more fans.
It would be not only a tribute to his efforts, but a tip of the hat to all of us to see one of our own, our "Grand Master" become a part of the phenomena we all know and love, and is such a significant part of all of our lives.
