I am not pleased with the OSSTF's decision to cancel extra-curricular's for the beginning of the 2015-16 school year. We as students are told this isn't personal and that it isn't meant to punish us. Yet that is all it is doing. Cancelling extra-curricular's for many athletes coming into their Grade 12 year looking for scholarships into universities have now had this stripped away from them or made nearly impossible at this rate. This has become personal to each and every one of us students. If this really wasn't about the students you would settle this on your own time and not effecting each and every student in a different way.
