I was placed in his class for a brief 3 months, and he truly is a hard worker, and deserves a raise. He has been through a lot this year, not to mention having disobedient children in which he has to babysit, and for his hard work he deserves to be paid more!

Seems as though Mr. Ransdell is being used more by the students then anything, and so he should be given a chance.
