Izack Redmond was asked to create a presentation in physics class on Tuesday May 5th in Ms. Champagne's class. As he went through the presentation to the ten students in this one class, he had added one satirical image of the actor Nicolas Cage posing in a Speedo bathing suit. There was nothing in appropriate about this photo that you would not see in any travel brochure.

As we all know, this young man is an outstanding student and Godly example to all the others at CCS. He has spoken many times in chapel and his faith is remarkable.

Rather than do her job and preview presentations before they are shown to properly vette any content that might be questionable, she instead chose to take the issue directly to Mr. Petricio and subsequent to that conversation they handed Izack a level 3 demeritt and banned him from speaking at the scheduled Chapel next Wednesday.

This punishment is highly unacceptable as it now will be on his record and he will have to take all finals. It is the equivalent of receiving 15 Demerits!

Please consider signing this petition asking Mr. P to reconsider his decision and reinstate Izack's status as the fine young example he is.
