presently, I don't have the tech available to me for downloads. cost is another issue, why will our cost remain the same if it will all be digital? i love having the dvd, cd and choreo notes on hand, technology can fail at any given moment. I'm bot a very tech savvy person to begin with, and I get a headache just thinking about all of this digital stuff

I understand that the world is changing, but not all of are computer savvy. It has taken me hours to figure out how upload and download what i need, then have print out the booklet at my expense. Lets give those of us less techy people a choice

Charging us the same amount for a digital release as you charge for a full kit just isn't right! Please bring the booklets & cd's back!

I've always looked forward to receiving my new releases until now. It is not easy as they said it would be. It takes forever to download and move your music to iTunes. Took me forever to get my music and move my videos to my iPad. If digital downloads is the only option then they should reduce the price !!! We have to supply ink , cds(as a backup), paper and flash drives to back everything up. I also had to buy a new computer to accommodate all the data!!! Please LesMills give the option to purchase the kits !!!!!!

I'm all about technology, however, how is it we are paying the same amount of money PLUS we have to incur the cost if printing out the notes!! Incredibly inconvenient and costly!! I miss the books!

I have found the digital kits to be incredibly inconvenient, both in how I I obtain them and how I use them. It's frustrating to pay the same fee for something that has not proven to be user friendly or a "better" set if tools. Shame on you, Les Mills.

I HATE the new downloadable kits. Les Mills says we are saving money this way. The only money we save is shipping. The kit still costs the same. Except I now have to print out my own notes. Takes forever to download everything and I hate having to watch on my computer or tablet. Sometimes I want it on my tv. We should have had a choice to keep the physical kit. I would have been happy to pay the shipping price to keep it.

I miss being able to watch the new releases on a screen larger than my laptop. It helps me learn :)

Download time is so slow, even on my brand new Mac with good internet connection. Quality is poor compared to physical kit. I emailed LM weeks ago to reinstate my physical kits. No response.

I found the digital DVD quality to be severely lacking. I miss having a hard copy of my notes and music.

LMI , please give US - The consumer !! The option to choose how we receive our kits !! With amount of money we pay for this , having us choose just makes sense . You're telling us that digital download is better but not for everybody ! All the laptops & tablets in my household are used by my children . I am now having to buy extra equipment & DVR so just I can copy the DVD to it . So it may be easier & cheaper for you but certainly not for us .

Too much time spent downloading (4 hours for 4 programs) & entirely too much time UPLOADING to my Dropbox account (12 hours for 4 programs)! Paying same price per release yet spending $120 a year on Dropbox now and paying to print notes, buy binders and burn CD's. I am making less money now to teach bc of the extra expenses incurred and it is less convenient. Not have real printed notes absolutely sucks!!

There are several reasons why I am unhappy with digital. First is the fact that it is not easy or user friendly at all. I have spent HOURS downloading and manipulating my releases. Trying to make it work with iTunes - music, notes and videos- is absolutely ridiculous. It does not work the way the tutorials suggest.
I have a very small amount of free time and I seem to be spending it all trying to deal with my releases and then trying find them in my computer again, Printing, copying putting on my ipad, etc. no longer can I watch on my good old television. So maddening.
Finally is the absolute travesty that we are paying the same amount of money to receive electrons. LMI is no longer paying to produce, package, ship, and export anything physical. So all of the money they used to spend on that stuff is now...... Money in their pockets. Makes me sick and sad. We the instructors who deliver their product to the world are the customers and it is we who are being bilked out of what little we earn for lyrics services. Meanwhile we can spend more money on storage devices, toner, CDs and DVDs if we have the nerve to want to actually use our TV sets.
I am beyond mad. I know I'm not the techie queen, but I am not dumb either... It's just too difficult frustrating and time consuming. I have an anxiety attack each time have to do this. Ugh. Booooo

I want to keep receiving physical kits because technology is sketchy. I'd be sick if I lost my choreo library that I paid so much money for.
