I am a user of the website IMVU and I am currently very upset with them.
A very close friend of my had her account banned permanently over False DMCA claims. I sent a report to IMVU staff already and hope for a return actions.
I am extremely upset over the fact that anyone can willy nilly send a DMCA report with no real reason and it goes though to destroy a persons work. Iciss has been working years on her account making amazing products. A lot of us may now her as a friend, or someone we buy from.
Iciss has been working at IMVU for years and has not ONCE stolen ANYTHING from ANYONE. She works hard at what she does and some would say she is paid under for what she is capable of.
Its really horrible that this would allow so many years to waste over false claims and a ban is pathetic and needs to be fixed. Years of hard work went into that account as I have seen while in my time of being friends with this amazing woman.
All of her products were made from her amazing mind, never stolen. And they sad part is people steal from her and yet they don't get banned or ever a report on them. IMVU needs to step up its game!
Seeing as she only had four files and then got banned while others receive more the 100 and have nothing happen to them.

Iciss is an amazing person and IMVU and DMCA needs to take the time to actually investigate their claims before making these decisions!
I am deeply disgusted at IMVU right now. There was no proof just 4 reports and then she was banned PERMANENTLY yet if it was an actual thief they'd get away with this bullshit. It's. NOT. Right! She is in NO WAY a thieff i have seen first hand with my own eyes what she does and what she can do and she has NEVER even ripped off anything. The fact she is told she is banned permanently and then is told she will have to counter the DMCA with NO explination on how to do so just shows you what IMVU is really made of. Personal note to Iciss: I have always been a fan of your work ever since i seen the stuff you made for my Momma (rp wise) You are so kind and generous. You keep your head high, we'll get their balls in a jar soon <3

I've never known IcissNightly to be a thief or malicious person, the fact that this would happen to her is unsettling. Where's the justice behind the rest of DMCA reports on other users, as in those who steal constantly, left and right. This is NOT okay!
