June Foray has played most of the great female cartoon characters over the past 100 years, and a lot of the male ones, too. Anyone who loves cartoons loves her, even if they don't know it. Give her an Oscar so they do know.

Just for all she's done for the Academy, she deserves this...to say nothing of the cartoons, the looping jobs, the founding of ASIFA, the inspiration to others...

The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle remains one of the great television shows of all time. The spirit of the show, an innocent brilliance was conveyed by their 2 voices, June Foray and Bill Scott. It is de rigeuer that one or both should be honored. With June Foray about to turn 100 and with her still working in her late 90s, it is obvious that she is 100% deserving. I can say no more.

Definitely deserves more credit. I have been a fan hers for years. What a career, what a talented gal and going on 100, she's still going!
She should have an honorary Oscar.

I think she deserves the Honorary Oscar. She's the voice of characters from my parents' childhood to mine and my sister's childhood. She's even older than Betty White. Plus, I think it's time that voice-over artists, that aren't big-time Hollywood Celebrities, started getting Oscars as well.
This is long overdue for June.
It is richly deserved.
