I think Frank Jackson deserves his grand daughter.why in the world would they giver this little baby back that lived in a nasty home and wants taken care of and locked in a box? Grandpa need her he will love her and he will would take better care of her.please give this baby a better home.

The children need to be placed with immediate family from the maternal side. They should never have to be in a position where the Father and Step Mother are allowed around them.
