Leave the river as is. You will drive the boaters from the lower river to the upper chain creating even more overcrowding of the lakes. Businesses on the lower half will suffer.

I have a home on the Southern Fox River. I have enjoyed it for many years. This change will destroy the the businesses that are supported by the people who use the river. This will also dramatically lower the value of homes on the river when it is restricted to use by the few. Everybody can use it now why let the elitist few take it over.

I would entertain speed and noise limitations, like 30 mph, and 85 dB at 100 ft. though.

The proposed water way plan would have a negative impact to me and I would move on and the money I spend in the lower Fox River would no longer help support the businesses along the river.

"Environmentalism" by fiat instead of trying to pass a law which would never pass. Shameful.

Looks like Illinois wants to keep people moving to other states. It never ends in this city.

Opposed to the proposed safe zones on the lower fox.

Not a chance! This is idiotic to think shutting down boating to bring more tourism is a good idea or going to attract more than an exodus from the waters!
