STOP BIG BROTHER FROM DRAMATICALLY RESTRICTING POWERBOATING ON THE LOWER FOX

Paddle boats don't support surronding restraunts and or marinas. Its time to stop turning everything into a park. People already dont want to be in Illinois. Go ahead give them more reasons to leave.

I do not think its a good idea

Forcing the No Wake policy will contribute to more boaters on the Chain of Lakes, which is already too crowded to begin with. We're also not happy that it will adversely affect our property values and destroy the businesses along the lower river.

The river is for everyone not just paddlers.

There are more rivers and streams in northern Illinois that arent navigable by power boats already!

So many plans but WHO is going to pay for all of this!!! We are already taxed TO DEATH!! Enough!

The homeowners deserve the right to have a motor boat. There are plenty of places to kayak etc.

This will ruin how I have enjoyed the river since I was born. Only reason I purchased a house by the river after leaving my parents.

I am sooooo absolutely against this plan. I have a speedboat on the river. I feel it will hurt homeowners and business.

I have a home on the river in Cary and am a kayaker, a paddleboarder and drive a Seadoo. Anybody that thinks the new corridor plan is needed is kidding themselves. We need less legislation on the river... not more. I support this petition 100%.

Plenty of waterway south of Algonquin Rd for non motorized craft and the desired ecosystem. BUT I favor a limit on boat and engine size. I support this petition 100%.

Do not make lower river no wake. Not fair to the people that live down there and have boats. And for the rest of us the use it. Tons more power boaters then kayakers

We Dock on the river and support this petition.. I Also kayak and believe theirs a time & place for it... Anytime during the week on the river is fine .. Early morning on the weekends is also fine... Why not set regulations on designated times for kayaks & all paddle craft.?... Don't hurt the power boaters on the river..

Plenty of no wake zones and natural areas protected from power boats and perfect for paddling already exist.

Focus on improving the management of the water levels which you guys and Springfield are horrible. Typical change without any input from the stakeholders by the way from people who pay your salaries. SMART.

I would like to personally meet the people who put all 4 of their brain cells together to create this plan.
