I think having a LGBT character would really help younger viewers realize that it is ok to be different.That it is ok if you are gay,transgender,lesbian,etc. It would bring more acceptance and would show that it is not a big deal if you are part of the LGBTQ community. People(especially kids) could relate to the characters and feel less alone and feel more excepting of who they truly are. No one should be hurt or feel bad for being who they truly are and loving who they love. I think this could create more acceptance of the LGBTQ community as well as make people feel like they are not alone or weird for being themselves. This could boosts a kids confidence about themselves, and that is a great thing.
