Eddie Izzard should play a villain is some superhero movie, right? Whereas Peter Dinklage would have made an awesome Arcade, they used him for something else (which is cool).
That being the case, Eddie Izzard is the best possible choice for Arcade and Arcade is the best possible (supervillain) role for Eddie Izzard. QED.
