So many father's are forced to pay outrageous amounts of support, Just so the mother can turn around and spend the funds any which way they choose. this petition is to Opt for stricter laws on the usage of support. It Shall be put on to a Card similiar to E.B.T and used only towards items, or services that pertain to the child at hand.
